Use case or problem
I have the command “Move file to another folder” pinned to my command palette. However, when searching for “move”, the “Move line up” and “Move line down” commands are ranked higher than the one I pinned.
Proposed solution
Change the sorting of the commands in the command palette to always rank pinned commands higher than non-pinned ones.
