Problem
A simple On/Off toggle for spell check is not good enough
- When turned On: you’re distracted from writing, editing, thinking on the content of the note
- When turned Off: you will forget to spell check some notes, which means if you need to search for its content, you may never find it again, because the keywords in the note are miss-spelled.
Proposed solution
Add an option in the Settings, called “Check spelling when closing (or switch focus from) note”. When this option is turned On, Obsidian will do the spell check when user close or switch focus from a note, and if there are spelling errors, confirm with user whether they want to close the note. With this you can turn off “spell check when you type” and don’t have to worry about forgetting to spell check.
