Option to show Vault Manager on startup

It would be useful to have a setting to open the Vault Manager when launching Obsidian, instead of automatically opening the last-used vault.

Obsidian already supports obsidian://choose-vault, but using it as the default launch action requires modifying the Windows shortcut or Linux .desktop entry. These changes can be lost when Obsidian is updated.

A setting such as “Show Vault Manager on startup” would provide an update-safe way to enable this behavior across platforms.

Creating a custom shortcut to launch the vault switcher has been working fine for me the past few Obsidian updates (on macOS and Windows, anyway).

In my use case, I only need to be able to choose vault on my android phone so this FR will be useful.
