Option to make a page load in full instantly?

since the last update (i think? i only noticed it yesterday anyway) the pages/files are expanding while you scroll, similar to a stupid endless scrolling social media site. i really am not a fan of this. i prefer normal scrolling. i can’t find an option to toggle this in the settings, what can i do against it? maybe there is such an option and i just didn’t see it.

actually, i think this might be a weird bug… not sure what causes it, but it didn’t reoccur after i restarted the app…

Obsidian has as long as I’ve used it always done lazy loading of larger files. So if you scroll fast enough, you might get this expansion while you’re scrolling. It’s just the way Obsidian deals with larger files, and I don’t think you can circumvent that.

pretty sure it wasn’t like that before … i really only noticed it yesterday. i don’t know how to even describe what i mean, obviously i don’t expect a long file to load in full instantly in the way that everything is instantly there, but the scrollbar expanding and de-expanding is not something i noticed earlier. it’s a bit distracting and anxiety-inducing because it makes my brain almost think the file is corrupted.
