Option to create new remote vault missing in v1.0.0

I am trying to create a new remote vault. I have been able to create them in the past.

I’m following the instructions here: Set up Obsidian Sync - Obsidian Help

Sync is enabled, and things work up to step 3.3 in the above guide:

However, I don’t have an option to create a new vault under Choose, it only shows the existing remote vaults:
