Images are a basic way of visual communication and a convenient way of preserving information.
There are hundreds of options where I’d chose to put an image instead of a simple text to create a note.
But in obsidian ios app the only way to add a picture is to add it one by one.
It’s extremely slow and unproductive, and it makes me very sad that I can’t fit obsidian for my needs because of that reason.
It would be very helpful if this great and useful app would have a way to add at least 10 images at once while taking a note.
Hope something can be done about it.
Use a Stage Manager or other multitasker equivalent (Slide-Over view also should work) to bring up the Photos app next to or above Obsidian, select multiple photos and drag them onto the Obsidian app with a note open. Photos will be saved to the attachments folder set in the settings…
I also use Image Converter to convert larger png files to jpg’s in bulk while doing so. Downside is that if there are too many pics, not all files are renamed and/or converted.
