Happens every time. Each open daily note action creates an extra dupe.
This was happening because my custom daily note format had an extra forward slash. On reviving this the problem disappeared.
Replaced: YYYY/YYYY-MM//YYYY-MM-DD
With: YYYY/YYYY-MM/YYYY-MM-DD
