Opening excalidraw from the s-pen air command menu

What I’m trying to do

Open an excalidraw drawing via the S-pen air command menu.

Things I have tried

I have the obsidian URI plugin, I have a URI that does what I want, but I don’t know how to trigger it via the air command menu. I can add apps to the menu, but not shortcuts to a web page. I really need an app that can be configured to open a URI on startup.

I have also came across this post, though I’m not sure how to get this working.

I have tried to use the app that the thread I found linked to, but it’s too inconsistent, and I can’t add it to the air command menu. If there’s an app that does nothing but open up a URI when opened, please let me know
