Open the daily note automatically in the bottom right-hand corner

I want to open the daily note automatically in the bottom right-hand corner of my obsidian vault. Actually I open it this way because I want to open my dashboard too when running obsidian:

If I understand your request correctly, we had the samme issue last october, and then this proposal was suggested to pin the daily note to a side pane. In your case, you’d first open a new note, and drag it to the location you want in the lower right, pin the note, and then enter the stuff as suggested in the other thread.

Is there a way to pin daily note in the sidebar and automatically renew each day?

@Monohponic you can do it like this, which I suggested to someone who wanted to embed today’s note into a Canvas. You can drag the note into your sidebar and have it always update with today’s note: If you put this code into a note (including the first line), every time that note is visible on your screen the Dataview code will execute and update the embed link to be the current date. This also works fine from a canvas and automatically updates the embedded note just from viewing the canvas. …

I don’t think there’s a way for your dashboard to reuse a tab to reload a given file, but I’m not sure which plugin you’re screenshot is from, so I might be mistaken.
