Open Panes at Different Levels (Not Just Note Level)

ATM if we open a pane we can only do so at the note level

I would love to be able to open a pane at the block & header levels as well

It would also be useful if we could open a block ref in a different pane as well.

This would be nice as it would allow us to zoom in & focus according to our needs/ use case

@vslinko’s outliner plugin lets you zoom in on elements in a list. I understand that this plugin may not solve all of your issues, but I thought it could be helpful :smiley:
