Steps to reproduce
- Create a note
- Create a second note
- Add a property to the first note (text or list type)
- Add an internal link in that property to the second note
- Ensure you are in live preview mode
- Using the keyboard, navigate to the property created
- Press enter key in order to place cursor inside the “property value(s) box”
- Using the keyboard, place cursor inside internal link brackets (if property is of type text) or place cursor “over” internal link to highlight it (if property is of type list)
- Press “Open link under cursor in new tab” keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+Enter by default)

This shortcut doesn’t work in source mode either. Neither for links in text properties nor for links in list properties.
