One-click to copy an entire line doesn't seem to work after update Ctrl-C

Steps to reproduce

Click somewhere in a single line. Press Ctrl + C. Press Ctrl + V elsewhere.

Expected result

I expect to see the full line of text I’d clicked into copied into whatever field I’m pasting into.

Actual result

Nothing happens.

Additional information

Note I did try this in the help vault and it isn’t working there either.

thanks

Ah, I found more info on the discord.

Apparently someone named licat is saying this was an intentional change. So my question then would be what’s the code to change it back? I’ll happily make the plugin for this if someone can perhaps help me figure out where the old code for this was. I can’t quite figure out which specific update broke changed this. This has saved me so much time copy/pasting back and forth with different applications!

we will fix this.

will be fixed in 0.13.15
