On my screen in graph mode, circles are visible in pixels, can I somehow fix this?

My monitor also displays them slightly like this but it doesnot have to be a big deal!
@death.au can you tell why it’s happening?

maybe the problem is adaptability? I have not seen this on Full HD screens
