On Android, pressing back after creating a note from a base should bring you back to the base

Once you’ve done the above, delete everything above this line.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a base
  2. Use the plus button in the top right to create a new note
  3. Press the android back button
  4. It will give the popup that says “press back again to exit” instead of returning to the base.

Did you follow the troubleshooting guide? [Y/N]

Yes

Expected result

It should go back to the base you created the new note from, or it should be a popup that can be exited out of like on desktop. On the desktop version, if you expand the popup, the back button on your mouse still works as expected to return to the base.

Additional information

This is not a bug.
On mobile, the new button creates a new tab, therefore it it correct for the back function non to work.

Perhaps you can open a FR asking for the new note to be create in the same tab (replacing the base) in that case, back button would work.
