I’m new here and also a new Obsidian user. I may do and post this incorrectly. I’ve tried searching for my topic, but it is already hard for me to describe it, and with my limited language for it, I’ve not found a post with this matter. I hope you understand.
As I’ve started to organize my thoughts regarding a new project, I’ve gone from one note full of raw notes, to creating particular notes, to categorizing those notes in folders.
As is probably common, it happens that one a particular note may be just as significant in one category as in another one. So, I had the thought:
What if the same note could be accesed from as many folders as is needed? We can call it an “omnipresent” note, for lack of a better word.
In this example, the note for Boiling is exactly the same file in all of the three folders, simply just accesed as needed in a given state of flow or research.
Folder 1 : Fish
- Shark
- Boiling
- Puff Fish
Folder 2 : Meat - Boiling
- Cow
- Chicken
Folder 3 : Vegetables - Broccoli
- Asparagus
- Boiling
Does anyone know if anything like this exists?
