Please don’t post a bug report without filling in the entire template. This was moved to Help, but for anyone to help you, it would be good to provide as much information as you can.
Also, have you searched the forum for “EPERM”? This has been discussed before. You might find a solution there.
EPERM is a permissions error, meaning Obsidian, or a plugin, or some other app can’t read a certain folder, because it doesn’t have permission or access.
