Steps to reproduce
- Cloned a repo (my repo) from git with markdown files and 3 files stored with git-lfs (GitHub) with .7z extension
- Opened my vault (I also have my .obsidian directory version controlled with git)
Expected result
- Vault open without any issues
Actual result
- Vault hangs on indexing

Additional information
Vault works fine without these 3 git-lfs stored files. Is there anyway to ignore there files? I tested with default obsidian configs as well. Same result. Vault hangs.
