Obsidian URI doesn't work with absolute path when running from Chrome or Windows 10

Steps to reproduce

  1. open Chrome or WIN+R
  2. enter: obsidian://open?path=W:/Labore/Smoker/Referenzmessungen/Druckkurven.md
    or: obsidian:///W:/Labore/Smoker/Referenzmessungen/Druckkurven.md

Yes. Obsidian is closed at the start of the process.

Expected result

After entering the URI obsidian opens the given folder or file.

Actual result

Obsidian Error window appears:
Vault not found
Unable to find a vault for the URL obsidian:///W:/Labore/Smoker/Referenzmessungen/Druckkurven.md
