When I’m in a note and I select all, I want it to also select the title. So that when I copy/paste, there is a nice H1 of the title. Otherwise I need to duplicate the title in the content or do two copy/pastes (one of the title and one of the content)
Things I have tried
I have looked thru the preferences and it does not appear to be an option. Would expect it to be something like “Include title as part of selectable content”
If you have Settings > Appearance > Show inline title enabled, you are looking at a version of the file name that is not actually in the note itself, so it is not included in a select-all action.
If you want to have a H1 heading (file title) in the file itself, you need to add it in the body of the file. It will then be included in a select-all action.
There’s no such setting, but it’s possible there’s a community plugin. Too, I believe some export options have an option to include the title as an h1.
