Obsidian sync question - macOS vault location

I currently sync my Obsidian vault via iCloud, but it’s not working well on mobile devices. If I switch to Obsidian Sync, where are the vault files located on macOS, so I know what to back up?

They can be anywhere in your home folder that’s not in a sync service location. I keep them in /Users/ME/Obsidian/.... (The Obsidian folder isn’t necessary).

T1 is one of my vaults.

Thanks, I didn’t know that the user had a choice. I expected it to be an in Application Support folder or something like that.
