Obsidian sync on iOS (Iphone) creates duplicate folder with different case

Steps to reproduce

Syncinc a vault from PC on iphone app.

Expected result

Folders sync exactly as on PC

Actual result

Duplicate folders are created.
I store most of my notes under a folder called MAIN.
On iOS when syncing, I now suddenly have a folder called MAIN and a folder called main. Links are broken (says files are missing).
The vault on PC does not have that structure, but some duplicates have appeared.

did you rename this folder at any point?

No, no renaming since creation (around 3 years). It has been working fine since then, only recently did this start to happen. I’ve tried deleting the app and resyncing but it still happens.

Most media files seems to end up in the folder that is unique to iOS.

I will disable all plugins and reinstall the app and see what happens.
