Things I have tried
Obsidian syncs perfectly between my Mac and iPad using iCloud, but for some reason, it won’t sync correctly with the Android app. I can get an initial sync on the Android app, and all my notes appear in the app, but if I add or edit anything on my phone, it doesn’t appear anywhere else.
My suspicion is that Obsidian Sync isn’t working because I’m also using iCloud (and thus, my Vault is stored in iCloud). I haven’t found where anyone else had these same issues.
I’ve tried deleting the Android app and resyncing from a fresh slate, but the problem persists. I haven’t tried shutting down my iCloud sync because if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
What I’m trying to do
Basically, I want to be able to use iCloud syncing on my iPad and Obsidian Sync on my phone. I don’t see why this would be an issue, but maybe I just need to finally get an iPhone!
