Obsidian starts very slowly

Hi,
my Obsidian starts very slowly today. It stops loading showing that screen:

and after 1,5 minutes or so it finally finished loading.

my Task-Manager shows the following:

What can I do?
Too many plugins?
Or could it be, that it has something todo with the new insider build 1.4.5?

Custom theme and snippets: for cosmetic issues, please first try updating your theme and disabling your snippets. If still not fixed, please try to make the issue happen in the Sandbox Vault or disable community theme and snippets.
Community plugins: for bugs, please first try updating all your plugins to latest. If still not fixed, please try to make the issue happen in the Sandbox Vault or disable community plugins.

You’re advised to follow the troubleshooting guide before posting.

I’d start there.

I have a zero-note Test vault that does that lately but my main vault with 13k notes and some 60 plugins activated does not do it.
So I haven’t figured it out either.

A possible solution involves purging:

Startup time has always been a pain point for Obsidian. It’s an epecially bad problem on Android, where the app may be frequently evicted from memory without user control. This makes it pretty much useless as a quick mobile note taking app.

Can we maybe have some assurance that startup performance is going to get prioritized to be included in an update in the near future? I care about this way way more than the canvas or any other new features.

I also encountered this situation, every time the computer restarts after the first time to open obsidian is very slow
