9 times out of 10 going into Settings => Appearance => Ribbon and dragging an element up on an iPhone causes Obsidian to switch back to the loading vault flow and losing any settings changed. 1 in 10 it works and saves.

Drag and drop of ribbon items is working as expected for me (iOS v16.6, Obsidian mobile v1.4.6).
