I’ve been struggling for a while why my jira queries are broken. I’m storing them in obsidian and copy & paste them to jira. Now I took the time to investigate in this. Obsidian converts the spaces (HEX 20) to no-break spaces (HEX C2A0) and that is not working with jira. I don’t know why obsidian is doing this but I want to stop it from that. How can I force obsidian to leave my strings as they are?

Is this text you typed into Obsidian or pasted into it? Does the no break space exist in Obsidian or only appear when you paste it in Jira? If only when you paste, does the same thing happen when you paste it in other places?
If the no break space exists in Obsidian or when you paste in places other than Jira: do you see the same behavior after turning on Settings > Community Plugins > Restricted Mode?
If so, can you post some examples? (Mark them as code to prevent the forum software from rendering or garbling it.)
