Obsidian Publish - hide homepage filename in URL

I use Obsidian Publish with a custom domain.
Currently my homepage URL looks like:
custom-domain.com/home
instead I would prefer:
custom-domain.com (without home filename)

Like normally happens with index.html

I still could not fix this.
Now I do a audit in ahrefs and I am getting “duplicate pages without canonical” due to the error I posted.

I would like to have my homepage as custom-domain.com with not filename,
otherwise I would like to know how I can add a canonical HTML tag in the HEAD of my homepage. So I could apply a workaround.
