Obsidian publish footnotes on paid sites with custom URLs show publish.obsidian.md domain on hyperlink instead of custom domain or no domain

To repro, do an obsidian publish site on a paid plan, add a footnote, publish

You’ll see that the footnotes and the return to footnote links on hover show urls like:

https://publish.obsidian.md/#fn-3

expected behavior would be:
either

customdomain.com/#fn-3-e960d4b61a991aaa

or more likely:

#fn-3-e960d4b61a991aaa
