Have you tried 1.8.4?

Some list issues have been resolved with 1.8.4, so probably worth trying.

Auto numbered list keep adding number when enter in an indented codeblock

Steps to reproduce Create a numbered list. Under the first list, enter for new line. Remove the auto number, add a code block. Enter within the code block for a new line again. Did you follow the troubleshooting guide? [Y/N] Y Expected result Before 1.8.3, I can enter within the code block normally. There isn’t any number insert in front of the line.
