Obsidian iOS editor (iPhone) jumps to top on edit

What I’m trying to do

When I go to edit view, I see substantially all the note that will hit within the screen. As expected…
When I insert a caret to edit a word, the view jumps to the top of the screen with only that line visible. This makes editing difficult!

Things I have tried

I have searched through my plugins, not a great number and none so can see that directly affect the editor.

And it’s quite a new behaviour. Might even be a beta bug.

If you’re using the early access version of Obsidian, and you mean the toolbar above the keyboard is jumping to the top, and you’re using the Commander plugin, it’s a known bug.

Correct. By switching off plugins I eliminated all except Commander. Something I only use occasionally. Thanks for confirmation.
