Obsidian doesn't use Windows 11 window management system

Does anyone know why Obsidian is THE ONLY app on my computer that doesn’t use Windows 11 window management system via hovering over the top right expand window icon (this maybe a PowerToys function?) - see attached comparison screenshots
I use this very frequently and Obsidian being the only app that doesn’t allow this function breaks my workflow - anyone else aware of it?

Changing Settings > Appearance > “Window frame style” might help.
