Obsidian doesn't find some texts which i'd like to create outgoing links

Things I have tried

I want to create an outgoing link to some part of another note, however the app can’t find it precisely.

The paragraph before and the next appears to create the link, but not the one i wanted.

There’s no difference between the text it finds and the one it doesn’t.

Someone could help me?

If the autocomplete doesn’t suggest the text you want to link to when making a block link, you can go to the note and manually add an ID.
