Obsidian desktop how can I move keyboard toolbar icons?

What I’m trying to do

Need buttons to format text entries.
Need buttons in preferred order.

Things I have tried

Searched Obsidian forum, which took me to Obsidian guide/documents, which showed how to use text formatting.
Searched Internet with a quality search engine, which also showed the Obsidian guide/documents, which showed how to use text formatting.
Forum poster suggested Community plugin: Editing Toolbar Version: 3.1.18 By Cuman. This only works on desktop, not the iPhone 12 iOS 18.5 Obsidian Current version: 1.9.12 (237). This desktop plugin doesn’t allow how to move keyboard toolbar icons to preferred positions.
(phone has a default keyboard toolbar with a shifter/spanner/wrench icon when swiping far right, to edit the toolbar to your preferred positions).

To add commands and change the order, go to Settings > Editing Toolbar. The settings page has multiple tabs.

Thank you, yes this sorted the desktop keyboard icons.
Obsidian Editing Toolbar 3.1.18 → Community plugins → Editing Toolbar → Toolbar Commands → drag and drop icons.
