Obsidian Daily note with Templater issue

I’ve noticed recently that when I open obsidian the first time in a day (configured to use a daily note with templater that will parse on new file creation), the template parts like this dont parse:

<% moment(tp.file.title,‘YYYY-MM-DD’).format(“dddd, MMMM DD, YYYY”) %>

If i delete the template and recreate, it works. Only on the new file creation that automatically triggers when i open obsidian, but the manually created ones parse correctly.

Any ideas how to fix this or why it happens? It used to work well.
