I want to make sure my cloudflare and obsidian settings are correct, as the site is not currently deployed successfully.

Looks good. https://0xmiracle.xyz already works, but if you want www. to also work you will need to configure CloudFlare to redirect www.0xmiracle.xyz to 0xmiracle.xyz.
