Description:
I’m experiencing an issue where numbered lists (e.g., 1. One, 2. Two) appear correctly in the edit view but are missing the numbers in preview mode. Only the text content shows—no numbering or list formatting is preserved.
Steps to reproduce
- Open obsidian and edit a Note
- Add numbers like (1., 2.) Etc..
- The numbers are shown in the Edit mode, but when i go in preview mode the numbers are gone.

Expected result
In the preview mode the numbers are shown as bullets shows.
Actual result
Only the text shows, the numbers are disappear.
