Note rename does not work

Steps to reproduce

Trying to rename a note by either:

  1. right-click on the note name, select “Rename”, enter the new name
  2. entering a new name in the note title

Expected result

I expected the note file to be renamed

Actual result

The string in Obsidian display changes, but no effect on the file itself.

Could that be a file permission issue? Where did you save your vault?

works for me. You either have permission issues or you put a vault in some location not supported by obsidian (some clould location). Moved to help.
