Note markdown with about 18 image not loading in iOS

What I’m trying to do

Hi all,
I recently started using Obsidian and signed up for a paid account. I have markdown note in my remote vault, this note has some 200-500 words and about 18 images. All images are saved in attachments folder properly and can render this note in Obsidian maocs. However, whenever I try to open this note on my iPhone, it just wont load at all and freeze the app, no error report. I then have to kill the instance and reload iphone app. I had the same issue when using icloud for sync, thinking paid account and remote vault sync would solve this issue, but it didn’t
I planned to several notes that will be content heavy (in terms of image files pasted along the text) and with the back links. Before I go full on, need help to get past this issue.
Ideas, thoughts, suggestions
Any help appreciated.
thanks

Things I have tried

Tried local vault and sync with icloud, same issue. Signed up for paid account. Also to note it’s well under 1GB limit on the remote vault plan.

The note freezing the app sounds strange, but just to get it out of the way: you mentioned 1GB of space, so you are using the Sync Standard plan. Are any of the images over 5MB in size? If so, they won’t sync.

Once you check the image sizes, I would create a new note with the same text and say half the amount of images to see how it goes.

Thanks for pointing out the image file size in the basic plan; good to know.

I do not have any files larger than 5MB. The issue seems to be image files pasted as objects (somehow) and not linked in the notes. I deleted all those images, and can view the note now on iOS.

On iPhone, there are two ways to paste an image in Obsidian Note: using the file picker or copying an image from the photo library and pasting it into the note. Not sure if this is fully supported on iOS.

Will keep an eye on this.

I tried the copy-paste method and it worked for me (but I only tried it once).
