When working with PDF and copying/pasting Link to Annotation, it uses the format [[link|description]]. Both the link and the description have page numbers that are physical, whereas the page number in the description shall be logical. This is to enable consistency between text in Obsidian notes and text on the PDF page as published. This is how Zotero works, for example.
