Non searchable block of text in note

Is it possible to in a note create a block of text that will not end up in search results.

A bit similar to :slight_smile:

some text

and then if searching for some text there would be no results.

Or maybe some tag in the beginning of the block that makes search function ignore it. I found some information about #ignore. Is that what you recommend and is it still maintained.

Two things come to mind:

  • Exclude with regular expressions.
  • Put the text in question in files that don’t have .md extension, but say, .txt (you can still open the .txt files with a bunch of external plugins).
