No release matches your manifest version

Hello,

I’m yet another developer with my community plugin stuck in the state of “No release matches your manifest version”

My plugin has been around for a while, this isn’t a new plugin, and I had dependabot notify me of some updates. Lo and behold my plugin that was released and available is no longer available because of this error message.

I made a new release with the dependabot changes, and gave it a day to sort itself out. It’s still stuck in No release matches your manifest version
