Hi, what do you mean by “I cannot reconnect to my account.”? Specifically, is it giving any kind of error or bug? Or did you forget your password?
I know the password for the forum and the Catalyst membership is separate. So make sure you put the right login details.
Can you maybe post a screenshot of your “About” settings page?
