I’ve never seen Obsidian itself display a message like that, so it’s most likely a plugin trying to connect to some service.
Have a look through your plugins to see if anything pops out: connecting to google calendar, connecting to Readwise/Kindle highlights/Matter/etc… 
You could try a few of the other debugging steps here as well.
