“No Login Credentials Found”

For the last few days, each time I launch Obsidian (from an unopened state) I get a notification banner which states “No Login Credentials Found”.

Is anyone aware of what this may be referring to?

I’ve never seen Obsidian itself display a message like that, so it’s most likely a plugin trying to connect to some service.

Have a look through your plugins to see if anything pops out: connecting to google calendar, connecting to Readwise/Kindle highlights/Matter/etc…

You could try a few of the other debugging steps here as well.

If you have Obsidian Git but changed your Git password you’d probably see that banner.
