No loading spinner for the Account tab means you get an initial flash of "logged out" state

Hi, super duper small bug but just filing so that it gets tracked!

Steps to reproduce

• Open the settings menu
• Click “Account” tab

Expected result

Some loading spinner before seeing my account status.

Actual result

Instead I see a login screen for half a second while my account information is being fetched.

Environment

• Operating system: MacOS

• Obsidian version: v0.7.6
