No contextual (right-click) menu on root of vault

Steps to reproduce

Open vault…
Go to file explorer
Attempt to right click root level of vault

Expected result

Display of contextual menu to allow for creation of new folders/files at root level

Actual result

No menu available

Environment

  • Operating system: MacOSX
  • Obsidian version: v0.12.11
