Current:
If note A links to note B, note A is displayed as a backlink for note B. Even if note B also links to note A.

My feature request:
If note A links to note B, note A is displayed as a backlink for note B. But not when note B also links to note A.

So that I am informed about what backlinks I still have to process in my notes.

This is a very peculiar FR
And how do you distinguish the case of mutual links and no links at all

How about adding a distinguishing icon (or color) to the backlinks (both linked mentions and unlinked mentions) that are linked from the current page to the backlink?

@WhiteNoise An alternative would be a feature that allows to filter out two-way arrows in the local graph of a note. But I prefer a filter or separate category in the backlinks pane of a note.

Either way, I can’t imagine such a feature can be missed when serious about processing thoughts and notes.
