New with backlink from empty link?

I read this solution

But I don’t know how to make it work.

Let’s say I have a [[note A]] and within it is a link

[[Note B]] which doesn’t exist yet.

How do I make that code actually cause the newly created link to automatically open with a backlink to the original note it was created from?

Also, how would you get this to work automatically?

Note A

Bla bla 
# some heading
Bla bla bla [[Note B]]

(Clicks newly made link)

Note B

[Note A](Note A#some heading)
(Edit here)

That way on longer notes the backlink would take you to the actual section in the backnote It’s referring to
