My simulator automatically appends to the simulation log in an obsidian note. Due to Obsidian performing the indexing function, obsidian becomes momumentally slow. Is there a way to fix this?

Basically the title.

The simulator appends texts into a .md file in my vault, and due to my vault indexing the notes quite frequently, Obsidian becomes monumentally slow.

Is there a way to stop the indexing for specific notes?
