Hi, I am wondering if there is a way to create a Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) format of a question bank in obsidian?

What Iā€™m trying to do

I am planning to use obsidian as a way to study for examinations, and I was thinking of ways to make a question bank so I can constantly test myself by spaced repetition.
