Moving files and folders on Mac w/Monterey

Hello, I am using and M1 MacBook Air running the Monterey beta.

I am unable to move files or folders. I’ve tried to click and drag, right click for options… No luck. The only way I can move items is to sync to my iPad and move files or folders using the iPad.

Is this a Mac issue or a Monterey beta issue.?
