I created my first page and folder in the vault that contains the How To and other folders and documents that come when you download Obsidian. I didn’t create a new vault for my work and now want to move my work to a new vault. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Move the folder out using the OS. Then open the folder as new vault.

How do I do that? I’ve tried to find the folder on my mac but it doesn’t appear to have anything in it. Can’t find the md file

What is OS and how is it used to move a folder from one vault to another?

OS is just your operating system, and you should have a file manager to move files and folders around.
